Changed your mind? It happens.
If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item - your choice.
If you ordered the wrong size or we sent the wrong item, we’ll exchange it with no questions asked.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied, we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds & Exchanges

To initiate a return, please email us with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The issue (faulty product, wrong size, etc.)
  • Your preference (exchange or refund)

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and may take between 5 and 14 business days, depending on your payment method.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
